Pepperoni Lasagna Roll Ups Recipe

Ingredients

6 lasagna noodles

1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese

1 tsp. minced chives

1 tsp. dried oregano

48 slices pepperoni

6 slices Swiss cheese, cut into thirds

2 cups meatless spaghetti sauce

1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook noodles according to pkg. directions; drain. Combine ricotta and herbs; spread 1/4 cupover each noodle. top with pepperoni and swiss cheese; carefully roll up.

Place seam side down in a greased 8x8" baking dish; top with spaghetti sauce. Cover and bake at 350* for 25 minutes or until bubbly. Uncover; sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving
