How to make it

  • Combine flour, baking powdr, salt and cinnamon.
  • Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  • '
  • Add eggs one at a time and mix well,
  • Add the lemon juice, apple juice and mix well.
  • Add dry ingredients and blend until just mixed.
  • Toss berries with a bit of flour and gently fold berries into batter.
  • Place mixture in a greased and floured loaf pan.
  • Bake in a preheated 350F oven about 1 hour or tested done.
  • Cool 15 minutes and remove from pan.
  • Cool completely in rack.
  • Mix glaze and pour over loaf

    Interesting recipe. I was looking for something last night, in my kitchen to make because my grandson had a sweet tooth and I had not been to the grocery store,( I go on Fridays.) I have all the ingredients to make this but I didn't know it!
