A great lunch wrap...use it with leftover corned beef, or from the deli. Also, use cole slaw or sauerkraut, either one.

Ingredients
  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing or favorite mustard
  • 1/2 lb corned beef, shredded or sliced thin
  • 8 slices swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup coleslaw or sauerkraut
  • 8 dill pickle spears

Directions
  1. Spread each tortilla with 1T dressing or mustard
  2. Layer on beef, cheese and cabbage to each tortilla
  3. Add pickle spear to top of fixings on each tortilla.
  4. Carefully roll each tortilla into classic "wrap" style.
