A great lunch wrap...use it with leftover corned beef, or from the deli. Also, use cole slaw or sauerkraut, either one.

Ingredients
- 8 large flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing or favorite mustard
- 1/2 lb corned beef, shredded or sliced thin
- 8 slices swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup coleslaw or sauerkraut
- 8 dill pickle spears
Directions
- Spread each tortilla with 1T dressing or mustard
- Layer on beef, cheese and cabbage to each tortilla
- Add pickle spear to top of fixings on each tortilla.
- Carefully roll each tortilla into classic "wrap" style.
