Ingredients

How to make it

  • In small bowl whisk together mustard, melted butter, lemon juice, onions and dill weed.
  • Rinse chicken breasts and pat dry.
  • Brush mustard mixture on chicken breasts or toss in large zipper bag to coat each breast.
  • Spread bread crumbs in shallow dish or cookie sheet and dip moistened chicken into crumbs.
  • Heat remaining butter and olive oil in skillet and cook each breast every medium heat 5-7 minute on each side, turning once, until browned and internal temperature is 165-170.
  • Serve sliced over baby greens with a vinaigrette or over cooked linguine lightly tossed with Parmesan cheese and olive oil.
