Mels Munch Mix

A really good salty/sweet snack mix. :) Just add sprinkles of the holiday colors you're making it for and it's so addictive, it'll be gone in no time! :)
Ingredients
- 12 oz. (2 boxes) Baker's white chocolate squares, coarsely chopped shopping list
- 2 1/4 c. Corn Chex cereal shopping list
- 2 c. Rold Gold Tiny Twists pretzels (or pretzel rods) shopping list
- 2 1/2 c. Golden Grahams cereal shopping list
- 1 c. Planter's dry roasted salted peanuts shopping list

- candy sprinkles (optional) shopping list
- mini baking M & M's (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Mix cereals, peanuts and pretzels in a large bowl.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate 40 seconds at a time on 50% power, until smooth; stir well each time.
- Pour melted chocolate into cereal mixture; gently stir until all is coated.
- Spread onto a cookie sheet lined with waxed paper.
- Scatter candy sprinkles on top.
- Let cool for about an hour, or until set.
- Break into clusters.
- Store in a brown paper bag or container loosely covered with foil.
- Enjoy ! :)
