Toscana Soup

This recipe is supposed to be a clone of "Olive Garden" Version. Simple and easy. Lots of flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 1/3 Cup chicken stock or broth shopping list
- 1/2 Cup heavy cream shopping list
- 2 Medium potato cut to 1/2 in cubes w/skin shopping list
- 4 cups chopped kale shopping list
- 1 lbs Spicy italian sausage shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp kosher salt shopping list
- 1/2 red pepper flakes shopping list
How to make it
- Grill or saut'e Italian sausage. After it is cooked and cooled cut slices 1/2 thick. Dice Potato and chop up Kale.
- Combine stock and cream in a sauce pan over medium heat
- Add diced potato and sausage to sauce pan
- Add chopped kale and spices
- Let simmer for one hour
