Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Crush 4 of the crackers, place in a shallow dish and set aside
  • Mix cheeses and artichokes until will blended
  • Shape 2 Tsp of the cheese mix into 32 balls. If cheese is too soft, refrigerate until firm
  • Roll in cracker crumbs until evenly coated
  • Place in a single layer on wax paper-covered tray; refrigerate 30 minutes
  • Arrange the remaining 32 crackers on a baking sheet; top each with a cheese ball
  • Bake 10 minutes or until heated through
  • Note: These can be made ahead and refrigerated up to 24 hours and served cold
  • Note: Add toasted sesame seeds; chopped fresh dill or chives; finely chopped red, green or yellow peppers to the crumbs or omit crumbs completely and coat only in one of the alternatives
