Grilled Margarita Chicken Recipe

How to make it

  • Mix Margarita mix, tequila, and garlic
  • Add to zip top bag
  • Add chicken and marinate for 2 hours
  • Remove from bag and pat dry
  • Salt and pepper
  • Over medium heat, grill about 6 minutes on each side

    I have made this both outside on the grill, and inside on my "Foreman" grill. It turned out great both ways and I had plenty "sauce" leftover for a few margaritas to go with :)Thanks for a simple, yet yummy post!
