Creamy Celery Salad Dressing

This is an easy and tasty salad dressing I usually make for my layered "catered" salads. I usually make a beautiful garden salad with lots of great veggies, top it with my Italian pasta salad and then crown it with my ham or chicken salad. Read more I serve this on the side. Ingredients
- 3 stalks celery shopping list
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 tablespoon celery seed shopping list
- 1 teaspoon celery salt shopping list
- 1clove garlic shopping list
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions shopping list
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon creole spice shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup water(more if needed) shopping list
How to make it
- Using a food processor, finely chop celery, garlic, and green onions.
- Place in a bowl and whisk in the water, celery seed,celery salt, cracked pepper, vinegar, sugar and creole spice, mixing well.
- Whisk in oil and mayonnaise and continue to whisk until well blended.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
