Ingredients

3 stalks celery

1 teaspoon cracked black pepper

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon celery seed

1 teaspoon celery salt

1clove garlic

1/4 cup sliced green onions

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1/2 teaspoon creole spice

1/3 cup sugar

1/4 cup water(more if needed)

Directions

Using a food processor, finely chop celery, garlic, and green onions.

Place in a bowl and whisk in the water, celery seed,celery salt, cracked pepper, vinegar, sugar and creole spice, mixing well.

Whisk in oil and mayonnaise and continue to whisk until well blended.

Refrigerate until ready to use.
