Amazing Almond Joy Pie Recipe

Ingredients

Crust

20 miniature Almond Joy bars

3/4 cups chocolate graham cracker crumbs

Filling

1/2 cup sugar

1/3 cup cornstarch

1/4 cup cocoa

1/4 tsp. salt

1 1/2 cups milk

1 tsp. vanilla

16 mini Almond Joy bars, half frozen then chopped in half

Whipped topping

Chopped Amonds to garnish

Directions

*Cook time does not include chill time*

Preheat oven to 325

Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray

Put graham crackers and almond joys for crust in a processor and process until blended

Press onto bottom and up sides of pie plate

Bake 10 minutes

Cool completely

Stir together sugar, cornstarch, cocoa and salt in saucepan

Blend in milk

Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with whisk until a boil Stir for a minute

Remove from heat and add vanilla and candy

Stir until melted

Pour mixture into crust and press plastic wrap onto surface so no skin forms

Refrigerate for at least an hour

Top with whipped topping

Garnish with Almonds
