Yorkshire Pudding

- * 1 cup milk shopping list
- * 1/4 cup cooking oil shopping list
- * 2 eggs shopping list
- * 1 cup all purpose flour shopping list
How to make it
- Put in blender in the order written --- and blend about 2 minutes ---
- Prepare muffin pans:
- pour a little more oil in each muffin cup, then fill 1/2 full with pudding mix
- Bake in hot oven -- 450-500*F for 15-20 minutes.
- Drizzle with gravy and serve.
- The Chef who gave this recipe was Executive Chef at Toronto's Royal York Hotel.

I love yorkshire pudding but when I make it it's always a hit or miss as far as the rise, the texture. I just don't what I'm doing wrong. Any helpful hints you'd like to impart to me? :)
