This was created for a pot luck dinner with friends at the last minute. With no time to shop I grabbed what was here and this dish was a hit with the group. The flavors are fresh and the colors make it pretty to present.

Those are the soy beans you enjoy at Japanese restaurants. When raw they are cooked in salted water and you eat the beans from the pods. For this you just toss in the beans, or use green beans, or whatever veggies suit your palate. Good?
