This quick and easy stovetop recipe for Pork Chops is a hit at our house!
The orange marmalade gives it the boost! Try, you will not be dissapointed. Great with a rice side.

I made this again using boneless, skinless, chicken cutlets and it was just as delicious!!! It really does taste like General Tso's Chicken!

I bought some pork chops, bone-in though, and found this recipe I had saved. I used panko, although you can't tell from the picture. I loved this sauce! I really liked the fact I got a hint of marmalade. Super delicious. I didn't have any green onions though. Easily cut in half for my two pork chops. Thank you so much for this yummy recipe!

OMG!!!! Frankieanne was correct!!!! These are SUPER DELICIOUS!!!! I made it exactly as written except I made extra sauce and I'm so glad I did, because I was sipping the sauce as if it were soup! This taste exactly like General Tso's Chicken from a Chinese restaurant!!! I think I'll try it with chicken next time! I added my photo:)

MMMM I think I will try this with chicken breasts! Might cube 'em up first and make lots of sauce to pour over rice! Sounds delicious!
