I've made this with chicken cutlets that I cut into bite sized pieces...it was PERFECT! I served it over rice with broccoli. Yes, just like General Tao's chicken! I'm making this again tonight!

MMMM I think I will try this with chicken breasts! Might cube 'em up first and make lots of sauce to pour over rice! Sounds delicious!

OMG!!!! Frankieanne was correct!!!! These are SUPER DELICIOUS!!!! I made it exactly as written except I made extra sauce and I'm so glad I did, because I was sipping the sauce as if it were soup! This taste exactly like General Tso's Chicken from a Chinese restaurant!!! I think I'll try it with chicken next time! I added my photo:)

I bought some pork chops, bone-in though, and found this recipe I had saved. I used panko, although you can't tell from the picture. I loved this sauce! I really liked the fact I got a hint of marmalade. Super delicious. I didn't have any green onions though. Easily cut in half for my two pork chops. Thank you so much for this yummy recipe!
