My little spin on a recipe i got some where back in the day. I get rave reviews when ever i cook this one.. like to served this over steamed Jasmine Rice topped with my Mango Black Bean Salsa.....

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 8 green onions minced
  • 1 whole bunch cilantro minced
  • 6 garlic cloves minced
  • 3 tablespoons fresh ginger minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme minced
  • 3 serrano chiles or jalapeno chiles with seeds minced
  • 5 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 teaspoons ground allspice
  • 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 4 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • zest from juiced limes minced
  • 3-4 lbs chicken

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together in a large container
  2. add chicken and marinate in refrigerator over night for best results
  3. bbq or grill over medium heat till juices run clear turning as needed
  4. or bake at 350 in a large baking pan for about 50 min give or take
  5. top with my Mango Black Bean Salsa.....
