Turtles Jerk Chicken

My little spin on a recipe i got some where back in the day. I get rave reviews when ever i cook this one.. like to served this over steamed Jasmine Rice topped with my Mango Black Bean Salsa.....
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 8 green onions minced shopping list
- 1 whole bunch cilantro minced shopping list
- 6 garlic cloves minced shopping list
- 3 tablespoons fresh ginger minced shopping list
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme minced shopping list
- 3 serrano chiles or jalapeno chiles with seeds minced shopping list
- 5 tablespoons olive oil shopping list
- 4 teaspoons ground allspice shopping list
- 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon shopping list
- 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg shopping list
- 2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 2 teaspoons ground black pepper shopping list
- 4 teaspoons brown sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup ketchup shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice shopping list
- zest from juiced limes minced shopping list
- 3-4 lbs chicken shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together in a large container
- add chicken and marinate in refrigerator over night for best results
- bbq or grill over medium heat till juices run clear turning as needed
- or bake at 350 in a large baking pan for about 50 min give or take
- top with my Mango Black Bean Salsa.....
