Made this tonight. It was very light and fresh, and the flavors went with the shrimp perfectly! I did toss in some broccoli since I didn't have a full 3 cups of peas. The only other change was to use a vegetarian chicken broth due to Lent. I didn't get a picture for you because we were too hungry! Thanks for the recipe, we'll be making it again!!

Thank you Keni for the kind words. I don't add red pepper flakes to much of anything, simply because I am a bit of a whimp. I'm a 1 1/2 star person at Thai restaurants - lol. That is what is nice about these kind of recipes - you can use them as a starting point and then personalize them by adding more heat or other favorite veggies. And thanks for the nice pic.

Okay...told you I'd try it, and I did...and was very pleased with the result! It's not complicated or fussy, but, to me, it's just what a stir fry should can taste each element of the dish and they compliment each other so well! I did add salt and pepper and just a dash of hot pepper flakes, cus that's my preference, but that's not enough of a change to warrant a lower rating or review. :) Thanks for the addition!
