I can't wait to try this. We love Chinese dishes. (most)
I like the "easy" part too.

Okay...told you I'd try it, and I did...and was very pleased with the result! It's not complicated or fussy, but, to me, it's just what a stir fry should be...you can taste each element of the dish and they compliment each other so well! I did add salt and pepper and just a dash of hot pepper flakes, cus that's my preference, but that's not enough of a change to warrant a lower rating or review. :) Thanks for the addition!

Thank you Keni for the kind words. I don't add red pepper flakes to much of anything, simply because I am a bit of a whimp. I'm a 1 1/2 star person at Thai restaurants - lol. That is what is nice about these kind of recipes - you can use them as a starting point and then personalize them by adding more heat or other favorite veggies. And thanks for the nice pic.

Made this tonight. It was very light and fresh, and the flavors went with the shrimp perfectly! I did toss in some broccoli since I didn't have a full 3 cups of peas. The only other change was to use a vegetarian chicken broth due to Lent. I didn't get a picture for you because we were too hungry! Thanks for the recipe, we'll be making it again!!
