Blarney Casserole

I’m calling it Blarney Casserole. Why you might ask? Because it’s mine and I get to name it or if you want a different name feel free, after all what am I going to do? I used Coors Lite beer for this for three reasons I am not much. Read more ......... ..........of a beer drinker (bet you were going to fill that in with something else that had nothing to do with beer) so I thought it right to use not much of a beer. Second I subscribe to the philosophy that no beer is to cheep for my friends and last I don’t care for Guinness, reasoning that when I do drink beer I don’t like to chew it. I hope you give it a try and enjoy it, if not evidently you needed to drink more then just that left over 8oz of beer. See less
Ingredients
- 6 Cups shredded cabbage shopping list
- 1 Cup sliced celery shopping list
- 1 cup diced onion shopping list
- 1 medium tomato diced shopping list
- 3 medium potatoes diced shopping list
- ¼ Cup butter or margarine shopping list
- I Can (12oz) corned beef crumbled shopping list
- 4oz beer (drink the rest) shopping list
- ½ tsp mustard seed shopping list
- 1 tsp pepper shopping list
- 4oz cheddar cheese shredded shopping list
