Ingredients
  • 6 Cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 Cup sliced celery
  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 medium tomato diced
  • 3 medium potatoes diced
  • ¼ Cup butter or margarine
  • I Can (12oz) corned beef crumbled
  • 4oz beer (drink the rest)
  • ½ tsp mustard seed
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 4oz Cheddar cheese shredded

Directions
  1. Cook potatoes in butter until soft
  2. Preheat oven to 350
  3. Add all other ingredients except cheese
  4. Stir and simmer until soft about 5 minutes
  5. Transfer to a casserole dish and cover with cheese
  6. Bake 45 – 50 minutes

Sounds very tasty indeed...I will be trying this Mark...And no worries here...I will drink the remaining beer that is Not required..Even if I do use Guiness...Always a good chew as far as I'm concerned....Cheers
