On the Fly Pico de Gallo Haiku Style

This recipe receives its name from the time my daughter and I raided the fridge and pantry for ingredients on hand to make a salsa for tortilla chips. Ingredients
- 1 large cucumber peeled, seeded and diced shopping list
- 2 large tomatoes, chopped shopping list
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely diced shopping list
- 1-3 jalepeno peppers, with seeds removed, finely diced shopping list
- 2 cloves minced garlic shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro shopping list
- juice from 1 lime shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vinegar shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste. shopping list
How to make it
- Chop and chop then mix.
- Wonderful taste sensation.
- Fresh is always best.
