Dates Stuffed With Sweetened Goat Cheese And Walnuts Recipe

I created this for both the person who loves goat cheese and those who feel it is to tart.

Ingredients
  • 12 dried pitted dates
  • 4 oz or plain goat cheese
  • 3 tablespoons of agave nectar
  • Seeds from 6 cardamom seed pods ground fine

Directions
  1. Place the goat cheese and all of the ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Blend well with a rubber spatula or a fork.
  3. Carefully slice the Dates with a serrated knife, just enough to open.
  4. Place a small mound with a teaspoon and shape the cheese.
  5. Place the finished dates on a plate and cover with plastic wrap.
  6. Refrigerate over night.
  7. Bring to room temperature and serve.
