The Awesomeness Of Potato Chip Brownies

I found this on-line and we tried it tonight - It was awesome! I would've taken pics, but the stupid camera isn't working...anyway I got this from extremechocolate.com Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1 cup of flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt shopping list
- 1/3 cup of butter shopping list
- 2 squares of unsweetened chocolate shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup of sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla shopping list
- 3/4 cup of crushed potato chips shopping list
How to make it
- Pre-heat oven to 350 F. and lightly grease an 8 inch square pan.
- Begin by beating the eggs briskly.
- Slowly add the sugar, continuing beating until everything is combined well, set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix all of the dry ingredients together, set aside.
- On the stove top, carefully melt the chocolate in a double boiler, add in the butter too and wait for everything to melt together, stirring a few times to combine.
- Fold the chocolate into the egg mixture and add the vanilla and blend well.
- Add in your dry ingredients, and combine thoroughly.
- Add in the potato chips and combine well.
- Pour into prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Yields 12 crunchety yummy brownies.
