Ingredients

Cup of p-nut oil

15 toothpicks

8 oz cream cheese

2 avacados

15 jalapinos

2 cloves garlic minced fine

15 bacon slices cooked limp not crispy

3 eggs

2 cups bisquick pancake mix

plastic /rubber gloves xxxxxxxxxxxxsafety firstxxxxxxxxxxxxx

beat eggs in a bowl add 1/8 cup milk

put bisquick in bowl

Directions

Slit peppers on one side,remove veins and seeds in a medium bowl

put cream cheese in bowl

add minced garlic mix

add 2 avacados mashed up

stuff the peppers bursting full

wrap with cooked bacon secure with tooth pick

you may leave, some seeds in for a bite

dredge in bisquick

dredge in egg mixture

dredge in bisquick again

fry in hot p-nut oil about 1/4 inch thick

drain on paper towels

or you can put these on the grill, yill the bacon is doner
