Momo's special chicken soup
Ingredients
- 1 Tbs. olive oil shopping list
- 1 cup chopped fine onion shopping list
- 1 cup chopped fine green bell pepper shopping list
- 1 garlic clove crushed or{garlic seasoning} shopping list
- 2 14.5 cans chicken broth{I prefer Swanson} shopping list
- 4 large chicken breast {Diced and skin removed} shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup chopped carrots shopping list
- 1 Tsp. thyme shopping list
- 1 Tsp. Parsely shopping list
- 1 cup chopped celery shopping list
- 1 tsp Tabasco sauce{If preferred} can omit shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a large crockpot dump in Chicken Broth and one can of water .cut up veggies and crush garlic clove, onion Skin. chicken breast slice and dice throw all of this in crockpot add thyme, parsely cook on high 4 hours.(Make batch cornbread} enjoy}
