This is marvelous on grainy bread for a cocktail appetizer. Try sliced apples and perfect on crackers. Enjoy! :)

Ingredients
- (2 oz) cream cheese
- (2 tbsp) milk
- (8 oz) fresh dates, finely chopped
- (1 tbsp) finely grated lemon rind
Directions
- Preparation Mix the cheese with the milk to a smooth cream.
- Add the dates and lemon rind and mix together well.
- Chill till ready to serve.
