Ingredients

(2 oz) cream cheese

(2 tbsp) milk

(8 oz) fresh dates, finely chopped

(1 tbsp) finely grated lemon rind

Directions

Preparation Mix the cheese with the milk to a smooth cream.

Add the dates and lemon rind and mix together well.

Chill till ready to serve.
