These are very good, and fairly easy. My picky kids even love them! You can freeze these for future use after you roll them in the bread crumbs. Just make sure you wrap them good. They will last up to 2 months in the freezer.

This was perfect! I made it as written except I used a whole slice of cheese instead of half. You can see it oozing out! I love provolone! This is like a lower fat version of chicken cordon bleu. I served this with "Crash Hot Potatoes" from The Pioneer Woman's website. I just need to add a gravy to it next time. I will definitely be making this again! Thanks CG! I hope you like my photo. :)
