Ingredients

How to make it

  • Remove tops of tomatoes and core. Scoop out insides, discarding the seeds but keeping the flesh. Reserve tomato shell.
  • Chop flesh and add to a mixing bowl. In the same bowl, add shrimp, mayonnaise, dill and capers and stir to combine. .
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Stuff mixture evenly in tomatoes. Serve tomatoes surrounded by side salad. Enjoy

    This looks really good to me. I tend to stuff my "extra" tomatoes with tuna, but this looks like a tastier alternative. Thank you!
