This has to be the BEST ketchup in the entire world. It's spicy and delicious. It goes well with fries, eggs, grilled cheese sandwiches -- basically anywhere you'd use ketchup!

Ingredients
- 3 cups ketchup
- 1/4 cup canned jalapeno peppers (drained and diced -- liquid reserved)
- 2 tbsp reserved jalapeno juice
- 1 tsp green pepper sauce (eg: Tabasco brand green pepper sauce)
Directions
- combine all ingredients and enjoy!
- ***note*** best served chilled. Store unused portions in refridgerator.

How did I miss this before? There is a restaurant in Vegas that offers a spicy jalepeno ketchup (as well as a great smokey chipotle ketchup and a garlic lovers ketchup) that I absolutely adore. I've just defaulted to sriracha at home because I couldn't ever get my ketchup how I wanted it...I am definitely giving this a shot. Thanks!
