How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, blend the Layer 1 ingredients until smooth.
  • Pour into graham cracker crust.
  • Bake 15 minutes, do not turn oven off.
  • Cool on the counter for 5 minutes.
  • While baking and cooling, mix the Layer 2 ingredients.
  • After the 5 minute cooling period, pour the Layer 2 ingredients over the cooled pie.
  • Return to oven and bake an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Let cool, cover with plastic and refrigerate overnight.
