Moms Cream Cheese Pie

- One 9 inch graham cracker pie crust shopping list
- Layer 1: shopping list
- 8 oz. Philly cream cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- Layer 2: shopping list
- 1 cup sour cream shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a stand mixer or with a hand mixer, blend the Layer 1 ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into graham cracker crust.
- Bake 15 minutes, do not turn oven off.
- Cool on the counter for 5 minutes.
- While baking and cooling, mix the Layer 2 ingredients.
- After the 5 minute cooling period, pour the Layer 2 ingredients over the cooled pie.
- Return to oven and bake an additional 8 to 10 minutes.
- Let cool, cover with plastic and refrigerate overnight.
