Spinach Quiche- The Best Ever Recipe

A super good spinch quiche that also has zucchini and three different kinds of cheese and is very easy to make

Ingredients
- 1 deep dish pie crust
- 1/2 bag spinach, chopped
- 1 cup zucchini, grated
- 1/3 cup feta cheese
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup cream
- 4 eggs
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Mix together all ingredients except pie crust (obviously)
- Bake pie crust for 7 minutes
- Reduce heat to 325
- Pour filling into crust
- Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean
- Let cool and enjoy!

Did I tell you I'm into spinach these days? I can tell this is amazing! Is this your own creation? I think I might have to try this one. Can you turn green from eating too much spinach, because I've been eating an awful lot of it lately! LOL!

Yes...this is the BEST spinach quiche I have ever made! Just finished eating it...Excellent Mrs. W.!!! Only 2 minor changes....I used fat free 1/2 and 1/2 instead of the cream, and I sauteed the onion, garlic, and shredded zucchini in a lil evoo first. Other than that, a winner recipe...love all the flavors!
