I think I'll make this tomorrow - I've gotta substitute something for the yogurt tho ... I've got spinach, zucchini & mozzarella cheese ... I might have to tweak this and I'll let ya know how it turns out ;-)

Best quiche I've made yet. I used asiago instead of parmesan, and sauteed the onions and zucchini first. Excellent, excellent, excellent. I think the yogurt makes it extra special.

Yes...this is the BEST spinach quiche I have ever made! Just finished eating it...Excellent Mrs. W.!!! Only 2 minor changes....I used fat free 1/2 and 1/2 instead of the cream, and I sauteed the onion, garlic, and shredded zucchini in a lil evoo first. Other than that, a winner recipe...love all the flavors!

Made this tonight, mrs. Man, it was sooo good. We really loved it and love the different flavor combos - not a traditional quiche. Simply delish and really easy to put together! Thanks!

Did I tell you I'm into spinach these days? I can tell this is amazing! Is this your own creation? I think I might have to try this one. Can you turn green from eating too much spinach, because I've been eating an awful lot of it lately! LOL!
