Chicago Grilled Pork

- Marinade: shopping list
- 1 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup lemon juice shopping list
- 1 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 1/2 tbsp pepper shopping list
- 8 cloves; finely chopped shopping list
- 4 tsp Accent shopping list
- 1 cup white wine or beer shopping list
- Meat: shopping list
- 4-6 lb pork roast shopping list
How to make it
- Mix the marinade and let stand.
- Cut the pork roast into 1-inch pieces (small, so as to increase the grilling surface). Slide onto potatoe stakes.
- Marinade the pork skewers for at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Grill, basting often.
- The idea is to build up a caramel coating on the outside of the pork.
- Serve with your side-dish of choice.

Chicagoans sure do know a thing or two about cooking! This sounds wonderful, thanks so much for sharing. I may not be as generous with the actual food though! LOL!! Yes, I DO realize this is a 4-6 pound roast. LOL!
