Hey, we're southern, remember...we fry everything...including cheesecake! A fairly simple, but different dessert that goes great with a Mexican themed meal. Plan ahead, though, these should be fried, frozen.

I haven't made this yet but does 2T of sugar stand for 2 tablespoons? If so, that seems like a very small amount of sugar for 16 ounces of cream cheese, I am an avid cheesecake baker and was looking for a good fried cheesecake recipe and this sounded good until I seen the 2T sugar, for a cheesecake with 16 ounces cream cheese I typically use a cup of sugar...is this dessert lacking in sweetnesss? Thanks, just trying to learn how to make this dessert.
