Ingredients

How to make it

  • Fry the onions , ginger and green chillies .
  • Add the potatoes , mix well .
  • Add the carrot and peas .
  • Check the salt and add tumeric .
  • Temper in a separate pan along with corriander leaves and add to the above .
  • ..........................................................
  • For the outer skin ....
  • Grease a pan .
  • Pour a spoonful of batter in the middle and swirl it .
  • Once cooked ( 1 min ) , flip and spread 3 tbsp of filling in the middle .
  • Once cooked , cover on both sides ( see the picture ) .
  • ......................................................................
  • SERVE WITH SAMBAR AND COCONUT CHUTNEY
