40 Minute Buns Recipe

Awesome bun recipe. You will never want store bought again when you find out how easy this recipe is to make. My families absolute favorite.

Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons dry yeast
- 1 cup plus 2 Tablespoons warm water (110 degrees)
- 1/3 cup veg. oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Add:
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg
- 3-3 1/2 cups all purpose flour
Directions
- Knead until smooth and elastic about 3-5 minutes.
- Do NOT let rise.
- Shape into 12 pieces; shape each into a ball.
- Place 3 inches apart on greased baking sheets.
- Cover and let rise 10 minutes.
- Bake 425 degrees for 8-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and place on wire racks to cool.
