How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together. Fill paper
  • lined muffin tins 2/3 of the way full. Bake for 35 minutes.

    I have made these and they are very good. The only thing I do different is use dried cherries instead of raisins, only because I don't like raisins

    I use to eat these alot (love them) but I had them with pineapple instead of apple. thanks~

    As soon as I saw this recipe I got up and made it. Wow! You need a large bowl....it makes about 24 muffins (cupcake size). These are delicious! So packed with good stuff. This is definitely a keeper! 'Wishin' I had company with all these good muffins...!
