Ingredients

How to make it

  • Spray a 9 x 13 baking dish with non-stick spray.
  • Melt butter, brown sugar maple syrup and rum extract in saucepan.
  • Pour melted mixture into the bottom of prepared baking dish.
  • Place bread cubes in baking dish on top of melted mixture.
  • Whisk together remaining ingredients.
  • Pour over bread.
  • Garnish with a little sugar and cinnamon on top.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  • Let dish come to room temperature.
  • Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.
  • Serve with warm maple syrup and/or strawberries or raspberries.
