Ingredients

1 lb green snap beans

about 10 baby bella mushrooms

4 tblsp salt

2 cloves garlic

1/4 stick of butter

sesame seeds

white wine (optional)

Directions

Preparation:

break ends off beans and snap into bite size pieces

clean anslice mushrooms about 1/8 thich

peel and slice garlic into thin pieces

Bring to boil a large pot of water with salt

this dish takes a bit more salt than usual but adjust to your taste

boil 3-4 minutes as you want them a bit crunchy

strain into a bowl of ice water to keep color

In a skillet melt butter

saute garlic and mushrooms a few minutes (not too done)

add green beans

splash of white wine (optional)

salt and ground pepper to taste

plate

add sesame seeds

Serve
