How to make it

  • Heat the glass in hot water, then dry and keep warm.
  • Heat whiskey in a small saucepan and poor into the glass
  • Add very hot black coffee in which sugar has been dissolved.
  • Float the cream on top
  • Garnish with a stick of cinnamon
  • **Tip: Turn a teaspoon upside down and hold against rim inside the glass. Pour the cream slowly over the spoon. If you do this, you will have a nicely layered look in the coffee.
  • Recipe can be multiplied.
