Ingredients

1 stemmed whiskey or grog glass

Very hot strong black coffee

1 Tbsp whipped cream

2-3 tsp sugar

Measure (jigger) of Irish Whiskey

Stick cinnamon

Directions

Heat the glass in hot water, then dry and keep warm.

Heat whiskey in a small saucepan and poor into the glass

Add very hot black coffee in which sugar has been dissolved.

Float the cream on top

Garnish with a stick of cinnamon

**Tip: Turn a teaspoon upside down and hold against rim inside the glass. Pour the cream slowly over the spoon. If you do this, you will have a nicely layered look in the coffee.

Recipe can be multiplied.
