Ingredients
  • 1 stemmed whiskey or grog glass
  • Very hot strong black coffee
  • 1 Tbsp whipped cream
  • 2-3 tsp sugar
  • Measure (jigger) of Irish Whiskey
  • Stick cinnamon

Directions
  1. Heat the glass in hot water, then dry and keep warm.
  2. Heat whiskey in a small saucepan and poor into the glass
  3. Add very hot black coffee in which sugar has been dissolved.
  4. Float the cream on top
  5. Garnish with a stick of cinnamon
  6. **Tip: Turn a teaspoon upside down and hold against rim inside the glass. Pour the cream slowly over the spoon. If you do this, you will have a nicely layered look in the coffee.
  7. Recipe can be multiplied.
