Irish Irish Coffee

A nice drink for your brunch guests.
Ingredients
- 1 stemmed whiskey or grog glass shopping list
- Very hot strong black coffee shopping list
- 1 Tbsp whipped cream shopping list
- 2-3 tsp sugar shopping list
- Measure (jigger) of Irish whiskey shopping list
- Stick cinnamon shopping list
How to make it
- Heat the glass in hot water, then dry and keep warm.
- Heat whiskey in a small saucepan and poor into the glass
- Add very hot black coffee in which sugar has been dissolved.
- Float the cream on top
- Garnish with a stick of cinnamon
- **Tip: Turn a teaspoon upside down and hold against rim inside the glass. Pour the cream slowly over the spoon. If you do this, you will have a nicely layered look in the coffee.
- Recipe can be multiplied.
