How to make it

  • Prebake phyllo shells according to package directions.
  • Set aside to cool.
  • Mix together blue cheese, pear, and cream. Season to taste with pepper.
  • Spoon mixture into cooled shells.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 15 minutes.
  • Serve warm.

    Thanks for the buddy invitem, we seem to both have a problem discarding a recipe that sounds awesome. I do try plenty of new recipes all the time but my collection far outweigs my time to cook. Love your blue cheese and pear tarts. I'm still checking yours out. Thanks.
