Banana Cake With Peanut Butter Frosting

A grown up peanut butter and banana sandwich! To change it up a little, sprinkle frosting with mini chocolate chips.
Ingredients
- Cake: shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 3/4 cup Butter Flavor Crisco shopping list
- 3 eggs, beaten shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 2 1/2 cups flour shopping list
- 1/2 cup sour milk shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups mashed bananas, about 3 large shopping list
- 2 teaspoons vanilla shopping list
- Frosting: shopping list
- 3 cups confectioners sugar shopping list
- 1/2 cup peanut butter shopping list
- dash vanilla shopping list
- just enough milk to make spreading consistency shopping list
How to make it
- Beat all cake ingredients together about 3 minutes with electric mixer.
- Put it in a greased and floured 9 x 12 pan .
- Bake at 350F for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
- Frosting:
- Beat all ingredients together and frost cake.
