Adapted from the Dreamfield Pasta recipe book by Chef Antonio Cecconi.
Creamy and delicious.
Any kind of pasta like rigatoni or penne or fettucini can be used. The prosciuto is a specialty ham that has been made the same for over 2,000 years.
