Creamy Dreamy Pasta Al Prosciutto E Asparagi

- 16 ounces Dreamfields spaghetti (one box) shopping list
- 8 ounces fresh asparagus shopping list
- 1 tablespoon olive oil shopping list
- 1 clove garlic, minced shopping list
- 1 medium onion, chopped (1/2 cup). shopping list
- 2 ounces prosciutto, chopped shopping list
- 4 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley shopping list
- 2 cups whipping cream shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper shopping list
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg shopping list
- 1/4 cup high end parmesan cheese shopping list

How to make it
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- Wash asparagus and cut into 1-inch pieces.
- Discard bottoms.
- Heat oil in 12-inch skillet over medium heat.
- Saute garlic and onion in oil for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add prosciutto and parsley and cook 3 more minutes.
- Stir in cream and add asparagus; season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Heat to boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.
- Drain well and toss in bowl with sauce.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and serve.
- Garnish individual servings with additional Parmesan cheese and fresh cracked black pepper
