Beer Rice

- 1 cup brown rice shopping list
- 1 cup beer allowed to go flat shopping list
- 1-1/4 cups chicken broth shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 1/4 cup peanuts salted and coarsely chopped shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoons salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350 then place all ingredients in lightly coated casserole dish.
- Cover and bake until all liquid is absorbed about 1-1/4 hours.
