    It was awesome, Creamy light I substituted half and half for the milk and cream and used vanilla extract instead of bean and grand marnier instead of contreau. They all worked great. a true 5

    Was looking for an easy way to use the ripe blackberries from my garden--- they come to just about exactly 3 cups today so can't wait to try this recipe! My Mom used to make apple clafouti, so I think this'll be great. Thanks!
