Ridiculously easy but deliciously different blue cheese dressing. From Moock's Tavern circa 1968.

Ingredients
  • 1 package premium blue cheese 3 to 4 oz.
  • 1 Bottle of Catalina French Style Dressing

Directions
  1. Crumble blue cheese.
  2. Combine with bottle of French Dressing.
  3. Allow to sit a few hours.
  4. Best on crisp fresh Iceburg wedges.
