How to make it

  • In large skillet, cook beef till most of pink is gone, drain well
  • Add about 1 tbsp olive oil to meat and then add chopped onions, garlic, mushrooms and peppers and cook till tender (do not overcook)
  • Add seasonings and stir
  • Add soup, spinach, sour cream and blend thru well
  • Add mozzerella cheese & Parmesan
  • Transfer to a greased baking pan(9 x 11)
  • Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350 till hot & bubbly
  • In the meantime, cook noodles in salted water and drain well done.
  • Add butter to hot pan and add parsley & paprika
  • Stir in noodles and just cook all is mixed
  • serve over buttered noodles
