How to make it

  • Brown hamburger & onion; add seasoning & tomato's (it will be alittle thick). Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Layer tortilla's, then hamburger mixture. (you will have two stacks). Sprinkle cheese on top and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes. Add a dallop of sour cream & salsa to each serving if desired.

    I love a delicious and tasty dish like this. I find it really fits the bill when you come home after a long day at work and want to pull something together that's relatively easy and fast - and loaded with comforting and favorite flavors.
