Chili Stack Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger

can of tomatoes (chopped)

1/4 onion (minced)

1 T each of;(or to your liking) salt, pepper, chili powder, paprika, garlic salt (or fresh minced)

1 pkg of mild cheddar cheese

sour cream

salsa

pkg of corn tortilla's

Directions

Brown hamburger & onion; add seasoning & tomato's (it will be alittle thick). Grease a 9 x 13 baking dish. Layer tortilla's, then hamburger mixture. (you will have two stacks). Sprinkle cheese on top and bake @ 350 for 30 minutes. Add a dallop of sour cream & salsa to each serving if desired.
