Here's an easy treat using devil's food cake mix & peanut butter! Enjoy!! George Lindsay was so good as "Goober" on the Andy Griffith show.

Ingredients
- 1 box(18.25 oz) devil's food cake mix
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease bottom only of 13 x 9 in pan
- Combine mix, brown sugar, peanut butter & butter on low speed until crumbly.
- Add milk & egg. Stir until blended
- Spread into prepared pan.
- Sprinkle with peanuts. Press nuts into mixture.
- Bake for 25 - 35 minutes.
- Cool completely then cut into bars.
- 36 bars - yeah right!! More like 1 big one!
