Chocolate Goober Bars Recipe

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Grease bottom only of 13 x 9 in pan
  • Combine mix, brown sugar, peanut butter & butter on low speed until crumbly.
  • Add milk & egg. Stir until blended
  • Spread into prepared pan.
  • Sprinkle with peanuts. Press nuts into mixture.
  • Bake for 25 - 35 minutes.
  • Cool completely then cut into bars.
  • 36 bars - yeah right!! More like 1 big one!
