How to make it

  • In lg. mixing bowl,cream butter and sugars till light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and extracts. Combine flour ,baking soda and salt;gradually add to creamed mixture and mix well. Stir in coconut,chocolate chips and almonds.
  • Drop by rounded teaspoonsful 2" apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 375 for 9-11 mins. or till lightly browned. Cool 1 min. on pans Remove to wire racks to cool completely.

    These were so good! Everyone at church loved them. I made two other kinds of cookies as well; I was going to send the leftovers with my husband at work to share. He told me to keep these at home for him and he'd take the others. He didn't want to share these! I posted a pic. Thanks! - Natalie
