Ronnys Baked Fish with cherry tomatoes

- 4 pieces of filleted white fish, (hake, sole) shopping list
- 1 large sliced onion, shopping list
- 1/2kg cherry tomatoes shopping list
- juice of 1 lemon shopping list
- 1/2 cup of olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Spread out fillets on the bottom of Pyrex baking dish.
- Spread out sliced onion on top of fish.
- Spread cherry tomatoes on top of onions.
- Pour olive oil and lemon juice over everything.
- Seal with Pyrex cover or Aluminium foil.
- Bake in medium oven, (180*c), for 30 minutes.
- ########################################
- Now, that wasn't hard was it ?
