Ingredients

How to make it

  • For each cookie, spread 1/2 tsp frosting on flat side of one vanilla wafer
  • Place 1 tsp coconut on frosting
  • Top with 1 mint patty
  • Spread 2nd vanilla wafer with 1/2 tsp frosting & place upside down on mint patty
  • Brush top of "hamburger " with warmed honey & sprinkle with sesame seeds
  • Repeat to make 5 more cookies

    These as sooo neat! I can just see kids having a ball making these and a nice mess in the bargain! But it's worth that for the fond memories.
    My kids are 37 and 40. They'd rather have a real burger and a snort.
