Peanut Butter Balls In Chocolate Recipe

Ingredients

2 Cups peanut butter

1 cup butter

5 cups powdered sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

1 or 2 squares of Baker's sweet chocolate

Directions

Mix butters and vanilla together.

Slowly mix in Powdered sugar.

Form into balls.

Melt 1 or 2 squares of Baker’s sweet chocolate (or your favorite sweet chocolate).

Dip balls in chocolate and chill.

We call these Buckeyes here in Ohio. I've never used vanilla and can't imagine they need it and chocolate "bark" works really well. These are tasty. I saw them in a little store the other day, large ones, a little larger than walnuts for $.89 a piece!!!
