How to make it

  • Pre-heat oven between 325 - 350 degrees
  • Lightly grease 19cm x 29cm baking pan
  • Line base with wax paper & grease paper
  • Combine melted chocolate, jam & honey in a small bowl - set aside
  • Combine nuts, coconut, fruit & flour in a large bowl
  • Stir in chocolate mixture until well combined
  • Spread evenly in prepared pan
  • Bake 45 mins or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
  • Cool in pan on wire rack.
  • When completely cool, dust with the 1 Tblspn icing sugar
  • Can be kept in the fridge for 1 week or in the freezer for 2 months
