How to make it

  • Combine milk and oats and let stand 3 minutes.
  • Beat eggs and add to milk and oats
  • Add sifted dry ingredients.
  • Mixture will be thin. Add more flour if too thin

    Thank you SO much for this recipe! My husband is a recent diabetic & it's so hard to find good food to eat with no sugar. I used Splenda & WW Pastry Flour, Braums Sugar Free Syrup. Even I loved them!! They cooked up beautifully too. Thanks for the recipe Mattsbelly!

    I'm a fan of all things "oat" and these were really good! They smelled great while cooking and have a nice, hearty, sort of chewy texture..hard to explain! But delicious, and I will definitely add these to the rotation. Thanks!

    The directions say to sift dry ingrediants. Where is the flour?
